Where is Mount Everest?
Mount Everest, known as Sagarmatha in Nepali and Chomolungma in Tibetan, straddles the frontier at the Himalayan mountain chain’s crest between Nepal and Tibet. While it is an arduous and potentially deadly undertaking to reach the top of the world due to the high height, avalanches, icefalls, and other hazards, the mountain sits at a latitude of about 28 degrees, very close to the equator, the same as Tampa, Florida.
Mount Everest is situated in the Himalayas in Asia, on the border between Tibet and Nepal.
On the Tibetan plateau known as Qing Zang Gaoyuan, Everest is situated in the Mahalangur Range. The summit is located directly between Nepal and Tibet.
Any tall company holds Mount Everest. The Mahalangur Range is home to four of the six tallest peaks on earth. In the background, Mount Everest kind of looms. Nepal’s first-timers are also not even sure which mountain is Everest until someone explains it to them!.

Every year, hundreds of people travel to the Himalayas from around the world, dreaming of reaching Everest’s summit. They spend weeks getting their clothes, adapting to the altitude, and waiting for the weather to be good.
Tenzing Norgay gained valuable experience participating in six of them, beginning as a porter and then becoming a full member of the team. He and a Swiss climber arrived within about 800 vertical feet of the top in 1952, presumably higher than anyone had ever left. By reaching the summit with Hillary, he broke his record the next year. Since then, over 4,000 other mountaineers, including Hillary’s son and one of Tenzing’s sons, have climbed Everest as well.
What do we provide?
Our climb to the summit of Mount Everest offers experienced Sherpa support, supplemental oxygen, base camp, and high camp equipment and logistics for relatively experienced climbers. We aim to provide those ready to climb Mount Everest with a healthy and enjoyable mountain experience. It is a requirement for this expedition to be in a state of optimum physical fitness, and this usually requires a lead-in period of nine to six months.
An exercise routine combines cardiac strength with training on all major groups of muscles, particularly the thighs and calves, and the back. The best workout is daily hillwalking with a pack on, building up the miles over time and bringing bigger bags to a maximum of 15 kilograms. With increased repetition, the optimal schedule would be to use smaller weights, testing recovery rates all the time.
