The harbour of Rio de Janeiro, also known as Guanabara Bay, Brazil, is recognized as one of the “7 natural wonders of the world.” Created by the erosion caused by the Atlantic Ocean, this natural harbor, where the bay stretches for over 20 miles, is now surrounded by granite and high mountains.

The Harbour of Rio de Janeiro is the largest bay in the world based on the volume of water. The best way to see the bay is taking a helicopter flight so that you can get a breathtaking aerial view of its surrounding scenic landscape.
